13.5% Wine Bar Review

13.5% was awesome. Parking was easy, food was delicious and the wine options were overwhelming.

Music: light ambiance
Seating: fun chairs and bar seating  (don't sit on the end at the bar because the Champange bins filled with ice will get in your way)
Price: The prices were very reasonable
Food: Food menu was AWESOME (PULLED DUCK TACOS.. juicy and delicious)
Parking: Street parking was easy and the cheap.
Overall: 8 out of 10 The food was great, the drinks were great and the ambiance was relaxing. Problem? The happy hour specials were limited. While the prices are reasonable $2 off wine was only on glasses of wine and not bottles which cuts into the deals. Other problem, the $8 cork fee.
